• No sunbathing, tanning or heat treatment 24 hours before service
• No oils or lotions before treatment. Skin needs to be oil free.  If you forget no worries I have a cleaner.
• Hair should be at least a 1/8 – 1/4 of an inch long. But you also don’t want your hair to be too long either.
• Ladies, you will be more sensitive to pain before and during you period. Try to wait at least 4 days after your period. Your hormones during this time are extra sensitive.
• Exfoliate two days before treatment. Please make sure you are clean.  Especially if you are having a Brazilian.  Baby wipes and female wipes help.
• Tylenol or Ibuprofen can be taken 30 minutes before your appointment. This will help with pain and also inflammation that may occur.
• Allow enough time for your appointment. (We all have busy lives, but you don’t want to rush this, especially if it is you first time)
